    You are welcome to become part of the World Community for Christian Meditation by simply meditating
    twice a day for 30 minutes.  You can join one of our 2,000 meditation groups in the world.  You can also
    start a meditation group in your area.  If you wish so, please contact us to send you some literature.  You
